TO: All Lockheed Martin Suppliers

SUBJECT: Lockheed Martin’s Health Measures Related to On-Site Visits

As we continue to protect the health and safety of our workforce and suppliers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I want to provide information about a new visitor process for all company locations and other precautionary measures we’ve taken.

On-site Visitors

  • Visitors to Lockheed Martin-managed facilities will need to complete a new COVID-19 prescreening form. Please allow for additional time when arriving on-site.
  • Visitors originating from or traveling through at-risk countries will require senior-level Lockheed Martin leadership approval. Attached is a current at-risk country listing and updates can be obtained from your Lockheed Martin procurement representative.
  • Meeting hosts will need to verify the necessity of on-site meetings and consider leveraging technology where possible to host virtual meetings.

In addition to visitor management, we deep clean work areas and common spaces in any facility with elevated exposure to COVID-19, and regularly share exposure-prevention protocols to reinforce healthy behaviors. We are also evaluating Lockheed Martin employee visits to supplier locations and restricting these meetings to business necessary only.

Your Lockheed Martin procurement representative may reach out to understand your business continuity plans and sub-tier supplier impacts. As always, please notify your Lockheed Martin procurement representative as quickly as possible if you identify any issues that could cause potential delays in deliveries, transportation or availability of materials, or other impacts. You should include available facts including efforts planned to mitigate potential impact. Nothing in this message is intended to alter the terms and conditions of any contract you hold with Lockheed Martin, nor serve as the basis for any claim, adjustment to price or schedule or other legal action.

Thank you for your diligence.
