Subject: FFAR Grants - COVID19 Update

Dear FFAR applicants, reviewers and grantees,

As the impact of the COVID19 outbreak widens, FFAR is taking steps to keep our employees and stakeholders safe. So effective Monday, March 16, 2020 our offices in DC will be closed until the end of March and, if necessary, longer.

Although our offices will be closed, our employees are teleworking and available to help you with your application, review or post-award needs during regular business hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us at with questions about your application, review or award. We understand the outbreak may affect your work or cause delays; we are committed to flexible arrangements that may limit the impact on your work as much as possible. Please reach out to the Grants or Science Program teams if you need an extension on any required submission during this time. We will continue accepting and reviewing applications, reviewing progress reports and processing award payments.
